FOR BENEFIT OF OUR NEIGHBORHOOD PET BUSINESS CUSTOMERS:

  • Pet Palette only sells to retail customers and not 3rd Party internet resellers including drop ship platforms (Examples: Amazon.com, Ebay.com, Walmart.com, etc).
  • Pet Palette customers include: brick and mortar retail stores, kennels/boarding and doggie daycares, veterinary practices, pet training and schools, grooming salons and mobile grooming, etc. Please call 410.795.4444 to speak with a customer care representative or email orders@petpalette.com for any questions regarding your type of business.
  • If you sell on your own website please provide the link to the website.
  • INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS – Pet Palette does ship to international customers. Please have a US domestic freight forwarder or ability to manage your own shipping FOB Pet Palette.

BUSINESS DOCUMENTATION:

  • Current business documentation including business ID#, state or local tax exemption/resale certificate are required. Please email these documents and any questions regarding your business account to orders@petpalette.com.
