New Key Accounts Sales Manager at Pet Palette

SYKESVILLE, MD, January 2021

Pet Palette, a national distributor of pet products, welcomes Carmen Wess as Key Accounts Sales Manager. In this role, Wess is working to build and strengthen Pet Palette’s relationships with retailers in North America.

Wess originally came to Pet Palette in 2018 after working in the veterinary industry for a number of years. She started as a customer service representative and was eventually promoted to Key Account Support where she assisted the Director of Sales with order management for key accounts.

“Carmen’s knowledge of the industry and her willingness to go above and beyond for her accounts has been a welcome addition to the management team. She values the partnerships that we have with our retailers and ensures their daily interactions with us as a company are enjoyable and successful,” said Ron Metzger, president and COO.

At home, Wess enjoys the feline antics of her two rescue cats, Frank and Rider.
