Pet Palette Pricing Structure Changes

We are pleased to announce that effective August 9th, 2024, we have eliminated the surcharge applied to all orders and reset product pricing. As of today, products are currently priced at a net 2% savings (from prior) with the price reset and the surcharge removal.

The surcharge was originally enacted due to the fast-rising cost of goods and was never a permanent pricing solution. Pet Palette Distribution is now taking a more simplified step by eliminating the surcharge.

You may have seen on our website or in the pet industry publications, that Pet Palette has new ownership. We have re-launched with new energy, growth capital and commitment to neighborhood pet businesses. As with the elimination of the surcharge, you will continue to see more customer-friendly initiatives to better serve you.

In addition to this, we’re excited to announce that AMEX is back! You can now make purchases using Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX.

We are working on increasing our product portfolio to provide even greater selection. We will continue to work to be your “go-to” for flexible less-than case pack ordering, just-in-time shipping, strong pricing, low minimums, and national coverage.
